The Camping Paris Beau Village  offers mobile home rentals and camping-car or caravan pitches for traveling professionals (stays of at least 30 consecutive nights). These rates are exclusively reserved for people actually working in the region or for people on temporary assignment or training (supporting documents required).

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
    To establish a professional travel rental contract, you must send us a copy of the following documents: • Identity card within validity period (national card/passport/drivers or licence • Recent insurance and registration card for caravan or motorhomes • Employment contract or proof of assignment • Proof of address • A DEPOSIT OF ONE MONTH'S RENT IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD (not debited) • First month payment
    RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR MOBILE HOME RENTALS
    Arrival date over 30 days from the date of reservation must be guaranteed by a payment of at least 30% of the total amount of the stay (deposit). The balance of the reservation must be paid in full no more than 30 days before the date of arrival. Our reception service will contact you by email or by phone one month before your arrival. - Arrival date less than 30 days from the date of reservation - the stay must be fully paid on the day of booking. In this case, no cancellation, modification of date or person will be possible.
    RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR CAMPING PITCHES
    The reservation must be guaranteed by a payment of at least 30% of the total amount of the stay (deposit). The balance of the reservation must be paid in full no later than the day of arrival.
    CANCELLATION CONDITION FOR MOBILE HOME RENTALS
    CANCELLATION CONDITION: - CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION RECEIVED + 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE - SAS Le Beau Village reserves the right to invoice a cancellation indemnity equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation as well as file management fees. - CANCELLATION RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE - the sum paid by the Customer will become compensation equal to 100% of the amount of the reservation. - No-show - the sum paid by the Customer will become an equal compensation of 100% of the amount of the reservation and SAS Le Beau Village reserves the right to dispose of the rental or the location and to put back for hire without the customer being able to claim any compensation.
    CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR CAMPING PITCHES
    The reservation must be guaranteed by a payment of at least 30% of the total amount of the stay (deposit). The balance of the reservation must be paid in full on the day of arrival.
    INTERRUPTION OF STAY - CANCELLATION INSURANCE
    Our cancellation conditions for pitches or accommodation reservations will apply, regardless of the evolution of the situation related to the coronavirus. We therefore advise you to subscribe to cancellation insurance with our partner CAMPEZ COUVERT covering traditional cancellation cases and the COVID-19 extension.
    INVENTORY - SECURITY DEPOSIT
    Stays from 26 nights to 6 months (only for business trips) A deposit EQUIVALENT TO ONE MONTH RENTAL will be requested on the day of arrival as a guarantee of the return of the rental in perfect condition. It will be returned no later than 15 days after departure unless the Customer does not return the rental or the location in accordance with the inventory on the day of arrival.
    OUR MOBILE HOME RATES (LONG STAY) INCLUDES:
    Parking for 1 vehicle, water, gas, and electricity (max 200 kW / month). Beyond the consumption included in the rental price, a charge of supplementary electricity consumption at the unit price of €0.48 / KW incl. VAT (price of Kw + transport + local taxes and maintenance of installations).
    OUR BARE PITCH RATES (LONG STAY) INCLUDES:
    The basic professional package includes a bare pitch for 1 person a caravan + car or a motor home (maximum capacity 2 people) and electricity (max 200 kW / month). Beyond the consumption included in the rental price, a charge of supplementary electricity consumption at the unit price of €0.48 / KW incl. VAT (price of Kw + transport + local taxes and maintenance of installations).
    OUR RATES DOES NOT INCLUDE:
    FOR MOBILE HOMES: Bed linens and bath linens (Please contact reception before your arrival for this optional service). Additional costs (additional person, additional vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the price. FOR BARE PITCHES: Additional costs (additional person, additional vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the price.
    TRAFFIC/PARKING AND GATE OPENING HOURS
    Parking is reserved for 1 vehicle only (private car or small van type ONLY), TRUCKS + 5m MUST BE PARKED OUTSIDE THE CAMPSITE DUE TO SAFETY AND EVACUATION RULES. Parking is prohibited on neighboring sites, even empty and all access routes. The speed is limited to 10km / hour on the whole site. For the convenience of all our customers, traffic is not allowed between 10 p.m. and 6.30 a.m. Parking lot outside the campsite is available if in case you need to leave the campsite before 6.30am.
    RECEPTION – BADGE – ACCESS CODE
    Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. To be sure of our opening hours on the day of your arrival, we advise you to contact the reception at +33 (0)1.60.16.17.86. At the time of your arrival, you will be provided a BADGE or AN ACCESS CODE to be used for the barrier and the gate. This badge or access code is programmed for the duration of your stay. In case of extension of your stay, please notify the reception to re-program your code. All lost badge will be charged €20.00. The client will have to notify the establishment 48 hours in advance in the event of late arrival (between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.).
    STORAGE (GARAGE MORT)
    Unoccupied vehicles and equipments are allowed ONLY after the agreement of the management and only at the location indicated. This service may be chargeable (see rates at the reception).
    ANIMALS
    Animals are not not allowed for long stay.
    OCCASIONAL VISITORS
    Anyone who does not appear in the contract of stay considered as a visitor. Visitors are only admitted under the sole responsibility of the residents who receive them. For safety reasons, ANY OCCASIONAL VISITOR MUST REGISTER AT THE RECEPTION DURING OPENING HOURS BEFORE BEING AUTHORIZED TO ENTER THE CAMPSITE.
    DOMICILIATION/PERMANENT RESIDENCY PROHIBITED
    Mobile home rentals and bare pitches cannot be used as the principal address or even secondary accommodation and are not eligible for CAF. Commercial activities are strictly prohibited in the campsite.
    INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
    Staying in the campsite implies the acceptance of camping's rules and regulations. Residents are required to respect and comply with it (copy available at the reception upon request).
    VIOLATION OF INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
    In the event that a client disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the internal rules and regulations, the manager or his representative may orally give notice to the client. The management has the right to terminate the contract of stay in the event of a serious or repeated violation of the internal rules and regulations. In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call on the law enforcement.
    DURING DEPARTURE
    As a courtesy to our future customers, we encourage you to leave your pitch or mobile home as it your arrival. As a precautionary measure due to COVID 19, we must respect a 4-hour delay before our maintenance team can enter your mobile home. Therefore, we cannot make the inventory on the day of your departure. An information sheet will be given to you the day before your departure with all the information to facilitate your departure. If everything is in order (in reference to the inventory form that you signed on the day of your arrival), your deposit will be canceled 24 hours after your departure and proof of cancellation will be sent to you by e-mail. All damaged, lost and missing items must be declared one day before your departure date. If the client intended to leave the premises outside the opening hours of the reception, the inventory will be done in the absence of the customer, who accepts without reservations that any supplementary electricity consumption, damage, missing item and all repair costs can be debited from his security deposit. For departures before 6:30 a.m., please remember to leave your vehicle the night before 10:00 p.m.
